 Andrea K. Atelier is built upon a legacy of baking excellence spanning four generations.

The story began in Crystal River, Florida, with Mary Gray Bunch (1886–1987), affectionately known as the original "Cake Lady" of Crystal River. Her passion for baking, hospitality, and community became the foundation of a family tradition carried forward by her daughter, Helen Bunch, renowned for her sweet potato pies, and later by Theola Bunch McCray, celebrated for her exceptional baking and culinary talents.

Today, Andrea K. McCray proudly continues that legacy. With more than 40 years of baking and cake decorating experience, she has become known for transforming confections into couture—blending the timeless artistry of scratch baking with refined luxury design.
